As President of Healthy Kinder International, LLC, Dr. Webb provides visionary leadership for health and public health programs serving children, families, individuals with disabilities and seniors. She oversees all aspects of program development—from strategic planning to implementation—ensuring every initiative is grounded in evidence, cultural relevance, and community partnership. Under her leadership, the organization has delivered high-impact training, technical assistance, and health promotion strategies across the United States and the Caribbean.
A trusted medical advisor and subject matter expert, Dr. Webb has contributed to several national initiatives, including The Healthy Kids Coalition, the Let’s Move Campaign, and the Kiwanis Childhood Obesity and Women’s Health initiatives. Her global presentations and policy dialogues have influenced public health strategies related to mental health, chronic disease prevention, violence prevention, maternal and child health, and health equity. Dr. Webb’s extensive leadership experience includes serving as Director of the Health and Family Services Division at North American Management, where she oversaw national cooperative agreements partially funded by Health and Human Services & Resources Administration , an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This work supported more than 3,000 health centers and clinics nationwide. Her earlier experience as a medical advisor and community leader laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to innovation, community health, and patient-centered care.
